Matsudai Soba Yoshiya Hyande Hiyamugi is a dried hiyamugi, a thin wheat noodle served cold, in a 600g pack of the Hyande series. It is boiled briefly, rinsed in cold water and eaten with dipping sauce, a typical summer noodle.
